How many times can I use a paint brush?

Once. After that, it disappears.

How do I use a paint brush?

1) Get the paint brush in your inventory. Not in the Safety deposit Box, Shop, Gallery, or anything else. your inventory.
2) Go to the Rainbow Pool.
3) Scroll until you reach the section titled 'Your Bushes' and you should see any avaliable paint brushes in your inventory.
4) Click on the brush you want to use and follow the insturctions from there.
Note: If the Neopet you're trying to paint doesn't come in that color you'll get an error message.

Stone Paint Brush	A retired paint brush that is no longer usable, and serves only as a relic to the good old days when this color was avaliable.
Glass Paint Brush	A retired paint brush that is no longer usable, and serves only as a relic to the good old days when this color was avaliable.
Lutari Paint Brush	Released during the Neopets Mobile promotion, it is currently unusuable and may never be usable. It is not retired, it simply does not work.
