All you have to do is follow the rules below, and send me the needed information, which is also listed below. You can e-mail the form below to: captainjulieif@gmail.com or you can drop a comment in the cBox, news post, or whatever!

Rules:
1) Your site must not contain pornography, content unsuitable for those under 18, stolen work, copyright infringement, any illegal practices, or severely offensive content.
2) You may NOT place a request for an affiliation if you are not the website owner or co-owner. Your staff position will be checked to ensure it, no exceptions.
3) Your site may not infringe on any copyrights and must have five pages of content
4) You must have us on your pending list or have our banner up on your affiliates list before applying.
5) A link of some sort to my site must be visisble on most or all of the pages on your site at any given time. I don't care if it's a text link, one of my banners, or one of your own images. I do not care if it is in a scrollbar, a marquee, a rotator, or anything of the like. If you violate this term, I will either remove your or do the same to you. It's only fair.
Note: I will check out the website briefly before deciding to add you onto the waiting list. It won't take long for you to recieve an acceptance or deniance e-mail/comment/whatever. I'm pretty flexible, so you have a very high chance of being accepted.
