Whenever you view someone's images on a site, you're using up someone's bandwidth, and most sites have a limit. When a site goes over their bandwidth limit, the owner is either charged a fee or the site temporarily is unaccessable.
Hex Color Chart: Color codes that start of with a # and are followed by a combination of 6 numbers and/or letters to formulate a color.
